Non delivery of refill gas cylinde

Sir, Iam a consumer of Indane gas, with M/s L V Reddy gas Service, Secunderabad. My customer No. is 03317. I am having double cylinder connection. On 29 Aug we have booked for gas refill since my first cylinder was emptied. On 27 Sep 2008 my second cylinder also got emptied but till date the refill was not delivered. I tried to contact the agency over phone. The call was materialised after long trials. when I enquired, the rep of Agency told that the cylinder was already sent to my home, but since it was locked the cylinder was taken back. I humbly requested her that I will bring the empty cylinder to their godown and to issue a full cylinder. She has rejected my request and told that there is no stock of cylinders. However, at about 6 PM on the same day the agency has sent full cylinders in my colony to other customers. When I requested delivery boy for my cylinder, he told that my cylinder has not been sent. From this it is clear that they are having that but are harrasing without delivery. After having a double cylinder connection also we are not able to get a delivery at least once in a month. It may please be noted that, the rep of agency told that my refill was taken back because my house was locked. It means already my term has come for delivery of cylinder. I had tried the Indane gas local complaint cell on phone No. 040 - 27667277, but there was no response even to answer the call. You are requested to inquire the matter and take stringent action against the concerned and ensure not to repeat such casual attitude. The action taken in this regard may also be intimated to me for my information.
