Complaint Details: I HAVE PURCHASESD BISCUITS FROM THE 6 TEN STORE
EAST ARJUN NAGAR BRANCH TOTAL BILL WAS RS.51.50/- I HAVE PAID RS.52/- I
HAD SOME DOUBT AND CHECKED THE MRP TO MY UTTER SURPRISE SUNFEAST STRAW
BERRY BISCUIT 90GM WHICH HAS MRP of RS.12/- BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED RS 18/-
WHEN I HAVE DEMANDED RS 6 BACK THEY REFUSED AND BLUNTLY TOLD ME TO FILE
THE CASE AGAINST THEM AND RECOVER THE MONEY. THIS INCIDENCE HAPPENED
on.25.4.2009
Consequences: THIS IS OPEN LOOTING OF CUSTOMER BY OVERCHARGING IN CASE
THERE IS SOME ERROR IN THEIR SYSTEM THEY SHOULD REALISE IT AND REFUND THE
MONEY OR BECAUSE THEY ARE MULTINATIONAL THEY CAN DO ANYTHING AND GO SCOTT
