Disconnect data card from main computer and download, suffering speed very slow again and again

Dear sir,

I am new customer from Mahwa, Dist.-Dausa, Rajasthan. My number is 9351775094.

I activated this service at 16/07/09.

but this is not continued, every week I have to go distributor for start service. This problem

very big for me.download and suffering speed is very poor also, download speed is 4Kb/s.
