LXU-800 LG datacard
No service at all

I bought LXU-800 datacard RSN No RLGCP2000010984 for reliance net connect from vriti infocom on 2nd june'09 in rs 2000.they charged me rs 200 for rent agreement which later proved to be faulty.i issued rent agreement on my own and submited the required documents 3-4 times.still they are not able to sort out the problem.

its about one month and they haven't provided net connection to me.

the response of vriti infocom's executives are so pathetic and unprofessional that its hard to believe that they know even their work.

i have applied for refund of purchased money and request the authorities to look in to the issue.
