Charging of extra amount of Rs.800

I received CDs by Vpp for Rs.- plus postal charges Rs.100/- on 30.07.08 As per the invoice No. ORA080007816 dt. 1.7.08 I am supposed to pay only Rs.1200/- balance amount as you have already recovered Rs.800/- Thru Credit Card (Bank of India) on 29.06.08. Kindly verify your record and return me the amount of Rs. 800/- As I am not in a position to open website for claiming the Diamond ewellery Gift Voucher worth Rs. 5000/- and Free Holiday voucher worth Rs. 5000/- Pl advise me how to claim the offers. I have received the CDs in tact. Thanks. K.Jagadeesan
