Allotment Letter of Property

This is in referance to the property i had bought from M2K builders, Company had asked for advance cheque @ 10% of the property cost, i have given the cheque dated 27th Oct for the amount of Rs. 5, 00, 000/-, which was also debited from my account. But there were no recipt or allotment letter was issued to me, i was told that there is the marriage of the managing director of the company on 23ed November at Udaipur hence all the senior officials from the company are busy making arrangements for the marriage since 25th Oct.

On asking for the reciept following are the replies which i recieve.

1. Agent whome we met at M2K office in Gurgaon "Mr. Saurabh", he has been telling us that we will get the reciept within 2 days, we have been hearing the same since 27th Oct.

2. On meeting Mr. Raza at M2K office in Delhi, i was tald the same story but was assured that i will get the letter on 20th Nov.

3. on speaking to Ms. Anjali, i was tald that i will get the letter on 23ed Nov, but on speaking to her on 18th Nov at 3 pm, i am told that the marriage is on 23ed Nov, hence it will get delayed.

Company is not ready to issue the allotment letter since last 21 days, every time we hear, we get the information that we will get the letter next week.
