Not refunding the booking amt

We have put our hard earned money, in this company and had booked 3 flats at the project that m2k infrastructure is coming up at dharuhera haryana, the amt. of rs 3lac was given for each booking.or each flat.

but till date no work has yet been progressed in the said site, when we had asked the company for the dead line of the project they had assured a maxium of 2yrs for the completion of the project, but no progress in the site has taken place. when we went to the company we came across with similar complaints of other investors, the only reason that the company gave us was that due to some govt.problems we are not able to start construction. but oe of the investors informed us that the same they had said for the project at model town in delhi, it had been more than 2.5 yrs that he had invested in that project but till date the construction has not yet gone on full swing on that site, when we had asked our refund the company had denied by saying that there is no such policy where the company refunds the amt.

please help us ..is there any policy by which we could get our refund of the money invested.
