Kharagpur maruti true value not responsible

Respected Sir,

My name is A.Arvind kumar i am a priest of Protestian Church. I purchased a second hand Maruti 800 AC WB 34D-3494 blue colour car for church purpose from true value maruti bhandari kharagpur. i bought the car for Rs 55000 while the car was delivered to me i came to know that the reparing and service of the car had been done out side with a roadside mechanic and not in the kharagpur bhandari maruti showroom and the manager of the true value had charged from me a cash amount of Rs 3500 without providing me a bill for the repairs. And they have not even washed the car but gave to me with dust all upon it. the manager Mr. Mukherjee of maruti bhandari kharagpur true value said me that he had completely repaired the car but my car stopped running the day i bought it on 23 May and now i have given my car to a mechanic and spend Rs 7500 for its repair.since i bought the car from true value but they have issued me a general bill the bill number is MBR/194/08-09.but i have not been given any benifits of true value.now i am comfused whether my car is of true value or not. So like me many are suffering by this behaviour of the people working in maruti true value bhandari kharagpur. Please advise me what should i do.and take a strong necessary action against this behivour.
