Irregular departure timings from Borivali station

Dear Sir/Madam,

700 A/C buses are very irregular at evening time from Borivali station. Everyday i am waiting for 50-60 min between 8 pm to 9pm and this bus is irregular at all other evening timing between 5pm to 9pm especially. I complaint many times but no cognizance has been taken. Driver tells the reason of traffic for delay of departure timings. Because of this we are reaching home late. It is of no use to use this bus if it so irregular.

Please increase the frequency of these buses during evening time as office going people use this use regularly instead of train transport. Please look into matter urgently. Manytimes A/C is also not working. Window locks are opening so A/C load may be increasing. Please look into matter urgently and make our life easier.
