Non Issue of share certificate and saying they will issue one share certificate for two agreement

Miscellaneous

Dear Sir,

My name is Pankaj Shah I am 59 Years Old and have purchased One Flat more then 4 years back. While purchase builder has made two agreement seperately for one flat and smae way stamp duty and regestration also done seperately.

So in second meeting 3 and 1/2 years back i request them to issue two share certificate and seperate bill for two agreement as per sq. ft mention in Sale Deed Agreement.

Full committee fight with me after that i was ot involving my self as i was not in need to sale my falt.

Then more then one year back they have appointed Advocate by giving some fees near by Rs. 50000/-

and till date they have not issue share certifictae to any one of members. They always wanted new papers.

I told them you can issue share certificate by Given List from Builder to whom he sold the flats.

But they ignore me. Finally last week i wote them letter to issue my share certificate. So they have called advocate this sundayto discuss with me. Now i do not know what to discuss in this. It is common sense that both agreement showing marked with pen seperate area of flat then also they do not want to issue two share certificate. Nighter they are issue one also.

If they will issue one i do not know how they will transfer the flat in future.

I think you know mycase very better way and please advice me what shall ido further so there should be no enimity.

Thanks

Pankaj
