Till date not received

i have ordered a machine tool which was advertised in the first week of this month. And i ordered it on the same day. I received a SMS on 15th july which reads as fallow " Dear k. we have shipped ur order no 111727539 & it will be delivered within 24 - 72 working hrs. we hope to see you again at indiatimes shopping." But till date i have not received the product. Or do you mean 72 working hrs is 9 days. If that is so i really doubt that i would order again any thing. As for as i know a mail order business should be prompt in delivery and sincere in quality.
