Provident Fund dues... reg

I was associated with the Acuphar division of the Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd as Professional Services Executive from 13-01 to 17-04, when I relinquished my services on personal grounds. Thereafter, on advice from the HR people in Mumbai, I forwarded the forms 19 and 10-C duly filled in [ for claiming the withdrawal of my PF dues and EPS benefits ] with a covering letter dated 18-06 to Ms. Pallavi, who's reportedly authorized to look into the matter.

I had sent the sealed cover containing the above documents through EMS Sped Post on 20-06 and the receipt No is EN 689341115 IN. Since then I had been following it up with the head office in Mumbai but in vain... and... the plight is, nobody there seems to respond favourably, resulting in nearly 10 months' redtapism.
