Non settlement of E.P.F.claims

I have worked as a Medical Representative in MACLEODS Pharmaceuticals Ltd., in Chennai for 4Years and 6 months. Due to go for higher studies, I have resigned my job on 22.06.2008. My resignation was accepted by the firm. Hence, I have submitted my E.P.F. claim form with the firm on 13.09.2008. But so far no settlement received through the firm.

Hence, I have submitted again E.P.F. claim form, as per the instructions given by the local E.P.F. office in Madurai, to E.P.F. Organisation, Regional Office, Bandra East, Mumbai - 400 051 on 08.12.2008.

But till date, I have neither received reply nor my settlment amount. I request you to kindly settle my E.P.F.claims for my Account No. MH/37451/5684.
