Please return my Rs. 20 to balance

I am not using any WAP services but still from my Balance Rs 20 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611020 stating...“Thanks for using (Subscriptions, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 20”.

I don’t and want not to use WAP services.
