Transfer of fund

Sir,

My Previous Company name is M/s Subtleweigh Electric India Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata. In previous company, my PF No. is WB/CA/44742/52 (Group-30) of Regional PF Office, DK Block, Sec-II, Salt Lake, Kolkata-91. Now, i am working in M/s Macmet India Ltd., Kolkata from 10.08.07. My present PF No. WB/24973/1145 of PF office, 44 Park Street, kol-16. I was submite form for transfer my previous fund to my present account on month of january.

But, still today, the transfer of account has not been finalised. i have already visited both PF office for several time, but, any one can give me the exact reason for not transfering my fund.
