Making Delay of My PF

Dear Sir / Madam,

Good Morning...

This is Senthil Kumar. I was working with Macmillan Publishing Solution (Chennai Branch) from 2006 to 2010. I resigned my post on Aug. And I've cleared my all dues and they accepted my resignation and given the relieving order as well. After 60 days I did apply my PF form. And they said that you would get within 3 months your money. But till now (06/09) I haven't received yet. I called them and e-mailed them, but no response. Always they are saying We did our process clear here, but the Bangalore office is making delay. I don't know how to contact the PF office of Karnataka. I check through online (www.epfbng.kar.nic.in/) but it shows "Not yet received". I've given my details below, Please help me to get my money from them. I've got my sister's marriage on January. It would help a lot if i get my money from there. Many Thanks!!!
