Non Despatch of BSNL JTO Study Materials

I had applied for BSNL JTO Postal Correspondence course from Made Easy Publications by paying 5000 INR. They claim that they had sent me the study materials, but even after 1.5 weeks, the materials hasnt been delivered. As per the Publication staff, the consignment has been sent via DTDC Couriers, but they dont give the AWB number for tracking the materials. On calling the office they starts shouting at us stating that it do happens frequently so I need to wait one more day. This was the response I was getting everytime when I call.
