Not received the pf amount

Against my claim on a/c of my pf no. TN/47710/44, I received a letter ref.9105089/cashSLM01/66/628/R.L no.-38 & 9105090/cashSLM01/67/639 dated 14/5/09, that the pf office issued cheaque no.185852 amt Rs.18103dated 14/5/09 & cheaque no.66137 amt. Rs.5447dated 14/5/09, to the IDBI bank Ltd., 101 park street, siddha point, kolkata-700016.

But till date did not received the same & for the same I had correspondence several times which are as follows-

nov.5; oct-23, 9, 1; sept-16/8/7/3;aug.-27; dec.-9, 5

and the correspondence done with salem office, coimbatore office, new delhi office.

Now what is the next step to do, pls.confirm.
