Non-delivery of Saree On Time

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have given one saree for handwork to Madhu Dress Designor; 59, Chhatribagh Main Road, Indore on 01/09 and He has given delivery date on 21/09 with receipt no. 805 dated 01/09. When i visited his shop for the collection of saree he told it is not ready due to Eid. So, I will give you after 10 days. When after 10 days again I have called on his mobile no.(91-98277-88758) he told saree is not yet ready as our work is depend on labour and i am not getting labour and it is already mentioned on your receipt that it can be delayed due to labour.

I would like to know due to labour how many days he can delay? It is now almost one and half month delayed.

Since he has not delivered the saree on time i am forced to buy another saree which unnecessarily cost to me. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
