NON-DELIVERY OF INDANE GAS CYLINDER

SIR,

I am a consumer of M/s Madhu Gas Agency, Mayur Vihar, Ph.-III, Delhi having consumer no. 04985, I booked the gas cylinder through online booking no. 1260 on 22.8.2008. When I enquired grom Madhu Gas Agency on 22618691 (which is extremely difficult to get) they told there is no booking. Then again I booked on 25.8.2008. But still i.e. on 30.8. I have not received the gas cylinder. I am in deep trouble. I have no other medium for cooking. Kindly help me and get the cylinder delivered.
