Sir,

I had submitted an application for change of Meter installed at my residence at Plot No.369, Sharlimar Garden, Extension-I, Ghaziabad on 5th March but till date the person conerned has not changed my meter. I would like to know how long it will take to change the Meter. Through some reliable sources it is learnt that if we pay a sum of Rs.250/- to the person concerned as bribe it will be done on the same day on which the application is submitted. Is it right sir. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and get the thing done as early as possible through your legal right.
