Latency in Deleivery of courie

Hi,

Some Important documents were couriered from My home town Gharaunda (Distt Karnal) on 13th August. Its still not delivered. When I am checking the status on there website. It is showing that it has routed to Kolkata and the company is not entertaining the issue properly and I haven't received the documents yet.
