Lost of courie

We had given Courier to Madhur Courier Services (Jalgaon), address: 120/121, 1st Floor, Central Fule Market, Jalgaon. The Same was Hand Delivery to Mumbai (Andheri) on 10/08/09. Courier contained IPO application form of NHPC, which are still not recieved at Consginee's address. When enquired at the Office of Madhur courier services, they gave us the POD no: 17082, and said that the same has been delievred. After few days they come back with an excuse that the Delivery Boy had misplaced the Document, which has never ever happened before. Today the Document was of high importance since it had chq's, IPO form, and DD. Now who will bear the financial loss on allotments of shares on NHPC applied by investors?
