Connection is not terminated after three monts of PDC (Permanent Detection Certificate) recipt issuing

Sir/Madam

I have electic connection with connection no. 6128/02287 on my mother's name Sevvati Yadav

I no longer need this connection.

So i filled the application to terminate the connection.

After all the paper work is compleated and all the balance has been submitted by me they issued a PDC recipt subscription of Rs.150.

After requesting several times they are not showing interest in terminating the connection.

Some of the employees of department are asking for bribe insted.
