Issue of False Marksheet

Sir,

I am a railway employee, a lecturer in English, i had applied for M.Phil in English through MKU, Madurai through open university system. After writing all the papers and submission of thesis, they have declared me absent in one of the marksheets issued by them. To enable them to have one more opportunity to correct themselves, I again submitted two copies of thesis and told them that I have been declared absent in one of the papers, thesis evaluation and viva-voce. There is no reply from them. What should I do?
