No response to "individual" Electricity problem

Dear sir,

Today i have seen the most ugly face of the electricity deptt. I have registered my complaint to them at 19:00 hrs for no power supply in my residence. and simultaneously i have been sitting in there office, waiting my turn to be attended.

But unfortunately they denied to listen "individual" problem. According to them if i had come with 4-5 peoples together i should be entertained and then they willy "TRY" to solve. But since i was single body so they straight away told me that this will not work and we will help you only in morning. My request was please come with me and have a look so that issue can be visualized in broader way and if it is small issue you can resolve it in short period.

After sitting with them nearly 4 hrs with them i have noticed that there were 2 main electricians and 1 helper available to them and they were not attaining any case just "Ideal".

The person responsible to note the complaint told me that" i can't say them to go with you, if they are free you can take" now i tried myself to them but noting worked.

After taking some money they got finally ready to come, and the problem was attended at 23:45 and resolved at 00:00 nearly (after that i started my PC and approached to you)

Issues:

1.) Delay in writing the complaint, asking latest bill and just trying to make fool.

2.) Misbehave to the person who is already in deep trouble and requesting for help.

3.) Very arrogant and delay responses to public (this i have observed while sitting with them for 4 Hrs continuously in office). Technical persons sitting in office smoking and no response to problems.

4.) As per them they were lacking staff to support, but always i have seen 2 peoples sitting there doing nothing.
