Money debited without withdrawal

Espected sir,

i have my account at sbi, dispur branch, assam and my account no is 10821898507 and my card no is 6220180303000297174. i tried to withdraw 3500rs from indian overseas bank atm at mogappier east, chennai on 1st april at 19:15 p.m. there it showed temporarily unable to process and i didn't get my money. but when i checked it again in sbi atm i found that 3500 rs was cut from my account. now how do i get my money back and when? please inform me soon. i am in trouble as i am a student.
