Can Not send mail

Sir,

I have broadband connection on Oh 26961540 and our e-mail id is mafelimpex@bol.net in.

We are using Microsoft 0ffice outlook express to send and receive mail but past last few days we receiving mail but mail sent by us are not received by recipients. We Spoke to Mr. Mandal and was asked to sent a test massage, which we did but not received by him. Then he asked us to get in touch with you.we tried to call but no one picket up the phone. So we are now writing this mail to you.

We have been told that your broadband often does not support outlook express and Microsoft outlook, this should not be the case, as these works with all privet Internet provider.

By using MTNL broadband connection if we can not use outlook express or Microsoft outlook, then we will be left with no choice except go to privet oprater for Internet and government will loose lot or revenue.

We request you to look into the matter and solve the problem asap.
