Long Delay in Provident Fund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have submitted the PF form with full details after I resigned my Job In Nov and submitted the form in April 2nd week 2008 to Mafoi, Bangalore Office after which they said it will take 3-6 months for getting the money back to my account but i haven't received the amt till date. From past 3 months I have contacted several times through phone and e mail, but no response to my mails and through phone it was confirmed my Mr. Mohammed Asif (080 66409290, email ID: mohammed.asif@mafoi.com) that it is under process and apologised for delay. But there was no response from him regarding current status. It's spent lot of my valuable time and money contacting them. But till date I did not get the money even after updating my new bank account information.

Kindly do the needful.
