Improper Repair of Set Top Box

I've taken a 7 Star Cable connection since April at my Lokandwala flat. I also took a set top box in the coming year as we were told that the monthly rental will be Rs 250 instead of Rs 350. The cost of the box was around Rs 3000.

However in the last year, the box has gone for repairs 3 times. Each time the operator takes an average of 2 weeks. Also they raised the monthly rental back to Rs 350 a year back.

What should I do?
