Audio clarity

Hey Sir/Madam,

We are unable to make calls properly. We have the problem with audio quality. Incoming calls voice quality is good but outgoing voice is getting worse and disturbed. So much of noise and not able to here our voice by the receivers.

Please kindly suggest me.
