Poor service in warranty period

I have bought a magicon mobile MG-2100, in the month April. I barely used for 2 months and got problem of display. I gave it to its service center in Mumbai. It kept it for 15 days and kept me telling it will take 2 more days to repair. I was fed up and at end I asked for my mobile back. Then contacted to company they have asked me to ship back to delhi, also they inform me display does not come under warranty. Now I am worried whether I should send to Delhi or not or I should get repaired locally and just forget the company and admit that buying mobile from magicon was a mistake.

I have lost many important calls now sending to Delhi means risk is more as I am not aware how much time they will take.
