Damage of Handset

I have purchased a Magicon handset from the local distributor in Ludhiana. The set is out of service after two months. I Deposit my set at local service centre. After one month they returned my set having too many scratches on it and in dead condition. When I asked them that set is not in working condition, they told me to check the phone at home or contact the head office.
