Wrong credit show, although no transactions done since credit cards issue

Dear Sir,

Reg: Credit Card ending with 4430 (Primary Card.4476929982434430, Add. Card.4476929983263440 in the name of Ameet Roy & Rita Roy

I, Ameet Yogendra Roy, had long back about a year ago had applied for HSBC credit card I never got the credit card, but was receiving credit card statements by post in my office address given “MAGNA GRAPHICS (INDIA LIMITED, 101-C&D Govt. Indl. Estate. Kandivali (West), Mumbai-67”. Firstly they had give me Rs.100/- as a complimentary credit in the statement, so that I use the card, but I was not having the card, I had also made complaints for not getting the card

I had left the that job, yesterday 25-6-09 I got a SMS saying “Dear Customer, statement for your creditcard ending with 4430 has been generated, Payment due on 15Jun09, Total payment due Rs 2044 and Min payment due Rs100”

You tell me If I have not received the card how can I use it and how this outstanding balance is created. Please cancel this card as after this matter I don’t want this card, and please cancel this card from your records.

I had made complaint last month about this matter, by mail, you had also given be complaint no, but no action is taken on it

I have also destroyed my credit card (cut in 3pcs) and send to your office Credit Card Division, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Post Bag.128, Mumbai – 01) by Vichare courier on 2.6.09 …………….as after this matter I don’t want to keep your credit card.
