Magnet loyalty card - Axis Bank
Late payment, debit interset, service tax is common with Axis

I am holding Axis Bank Loyalty card 4349 7500 0001 2528 (Magnet) and facing lots of problem from day one - tilll date. In spite of currently not using the card, I have been charged late payment charges, debit interest and service tax (total Rs 140/-) every month. I have cleared my all purchase amount long back. Lots of communication (with several complaint numbers and details with tele banking) been made, but except promises and assurances of result withing 7 working days... nothings has happened. Today my bill is Rs. 1085/- consist of only penalties.

No one from Axis bank looks like interested in listening to customers problem. I have made several attempts of reaching to them. Can some one help me to reach my complaints to them and resolve this 6 month old issue?
