Fake about jobs for malaysia

Hello friends,
thsi company doesn't survives and they are claimning that they are a company and they have branch at malaysia and they are recruiting candidates for sap and spoiling their life and career.
they don't have any office in malaysia we inquired about that, they have taken an amout of rs. 20000 from me and now they are not returning me back.
All of them are fake. Plz take a legal action against them.
