Wrong Unit calculation

Hi Sir,

Ref: Customer no: 170203949289

Sub: Unit calculation is done as per average unit calculation.

I got the first electricity bill & it has been charged as per the average unit of 50 per month. The bill is for 4.43 month & the reason has been given as no reading available. But I would like to inform you that nobody is staying in that house & thats the reason no electricity has been used. I request you to kindly make the adjustment in the electricity bill for the month of march.
