Efund of fees money

As i am a student joined that law college just after completion of my 12th standard. When i joined i saw the prospectus regarding the medium of instuction it mentioned it shall be ethier english or kannada. When i asked the principal and the vice president they told me that english will be the only language the teacher will use frequently, but when i went to attend the classes i found that basically kanada was used, so i decided to leave the college and join at some other place. As i paid nearly more than half of the fees can i be refunded back the fees. even i wrote few letters to the principal regarding the fees refund but was neglected.even the principal called me to his office many times, ealier he used to say that he will do something for me but at last he started denying for the same.

sir can i get a legal remedy for this.
