Non delivery of Bharat gas even after 15 days of booking (several times)

Hi

My consumer number is 46922. I am dealing with the distributor Mahalakhsmi enterprise, Indiranagar.

For past couple of bookings, I have been experiencing regular issues in receiving deliveries of my gas booking. THe deliveries are also made after 20-25 days every time. Further, the follow up calls are not properly entertained by the shop incharge. Also, the next booking (after the date of significantly delayed delivery) is taken after 15 days of delivery. This lands us in a no gas situation for couple of days. This problem has become regular and the shop is acting like that it is running a monopoly business and so are the shop workers. Since, we, as a customer, are being iltreated and have no forum, request you to please help us in this regard.
