Message: It is duly respected that my Firm Loan A/c TL 30057383936 it is in your branch of Station Road, Jodhpur. The Loan amount of Rs.5, 70, 000.00 (five lac seventy thousand only) has been sanctioned under KVIC scheme. Rs. 3, 00, 000.00 (Three lac only) subsidy is sanctioned to your station road branch by KVIC. Under this KVIC scheme this subsidy amount is adjust fter two years. For the purpose of adjustment firstly we have send you letter & than we have contact the branch manager 5-6 times personally. It is extremely grief that till date you have not credit our subsidy amount in our loan A/c so I am suffering interest loss. On three lac subsidy amount the interest 6.5% is being paid by you but you charge the interest on whole amount term loan. As per the rules there should be no interest taken on this subsidy amount Rs. 3, 00, 000.00 From last two years the interest is collected on whole amount from our firm. So our business profit is badly effected & the bank is responsible for this loss. On above subject we have personally informed your bank many times but nothing is being done still today. As per rules, investigated this case & return us our interest taken illegally & also return us interest on interest. Please inform us about the amount of remaining term loan amount. Thanks.
