Electricity is not coming prope

Hello,

i live in vill. hasanpur kaddim garh road meerut up. i want to complain of electricity. our village is only 3 km far from MDA. but we are getting only 3 to 4 hours electricity it comes not properly. please help us. we are in a great problem.
