Car loan approved bt still nt recieved

I hav applied for car loan of rs 3 lakh for swift vdi, loan a/c no is 14455071, and i have recieved approval message from hdfc bank on my mobile no on 1-2-09.i hav paid the balance margin money to the car dealer and hdfc bank has still not paid the loan amount to the car dealer.

when i call to the person in charge of loan he daily says, we are giving d loan amount to the dealer and harass

earlier also i hav 2 more loans from hdfc, bt this timecompletely not satisfy from the service.

my car is ready for delivery only problem is the loan amout not send to the dealer.
