8/34(2nd Floor), Ramesh Nagar, ND-15 roof under demoliation Complaint
Roof and walls cracking and breaking steadly

Hi Sir/Madam,

I Ramesh Kumar Ajmani writing you regarding the severe condition of my 2nd floor house and on behalf of Yuvraj Gaba owner of 1st floor due to the improper construction at ground floor.

Dr Ajay Sharma is contructing his house at 8/34 (Ground Floor), New Delhi-15 thereby shifting five walls in order to make the rooms bigger. Initial walls has been removed without the proper support. These walls are shifted illogically that has resulted in damaging of roofs and walls of 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Compliant has already been filed via application on 10th June'2008 to MCD DC, Rajouri Garden, West Zone & police station, Kirti Nagar but no proper action is taken till date. Complete building is under risk and near to falling stage.

Presently, ground floor construction is still under process and nobody living so far.

We have even called and taken the advice from building structurer (architect) today. He has even suggested us to take immidiate action after viewing the condition of all the floors of the building.

Request you to please take an immediate action and also make a visit to my place at the earliest.
