Wrong Billing

I had been paying regular bills of MGL. My customer No (Account No) is 210000083175.

The last bill I paid is on 30 Nov. Then MGL has not raised any bill on me and suddenly in the month of Feb they send a bill for 10000. Bill no 050000020916.

I have lodged a complaint on their website but no Response. Details are as follows.

I have recd a wrong bill of Rs. 10405 (Bill no 050000020916). My average consumption is 24 Units per month. You have shown my meter reading on 20th Jan as 261 which is incorrect. As per me two months before the reading should have been around 975 units. When I informed your customer Service person she said it is a mistake of MGL. So I am ready to pay only around Rs 650 as my two months bill. So send me a revised bill for Rs. 650.
