Transfer of name from builder to my name in books of mahanagar gas

Hi,

I purchased a property from Runwal building mumbai. They have a limited company for the purpose of the project and the company is closed once the project got closed.

We had paid the money to the builder for getting the gas supply to our flat. The same was done in the name of the Limited company.

I am running from pillar to post to get the transfer as the mahanagar gas wants the company to give noc which seize to exist in the eyes of law.

Further it wants an no-objection from my spouse who is the joint holder of the property. Best part of the tragedy is that we are using the service and paying the bills which are coming in the name of builder company [ which does not exist now ]

Pathetics is under statement of the service of mahanagar gas ltd.
