Inflated Internet bill and disconnection of ph.no 27343892

Dear Sir,

In July we had received highly inflated bill for our Internet connection i.e. Rs.23000/- We use net for information purpose and it is a family connection. I visited your Rohini Sec-3 office where i was directed to go to Shakti Nagar exchange. Due to time constraint I sent the complaint vide Registered Post to Shakti Nagar exchange. They returned the enevolpe stating back to Rohini exchange without even opening the enevolpe. I again went to Sec-3 Rohini where they refused to attend to the complaint. I requested for disconnection of Internet and phone no.27343892but to no avail. Since late july we have not been using Internet (As we have got another internet connection of Airtel& Ph. of Reliance) yet we are receiving bills. We request you to attend the matter on priority and we are not liable for any payment of phone and internetas we are not using the both. Please disconnect both the facil;ities with retrospective effect under intimation to us.
