For not repairing Telephone

My MTNL telephone no. is 23549762 alongwith internet connection. I have complaint in MTNL many times but there is no response from there side. I do not understand what to do. We don't get time to get out from the office these days and complaint at there office. I think MTNL should shut down the system of complaint on telephone. Because they don't listen on phone & if they listen they easily says that your telephone connection will work shortly and thereafter they don't do anything. My complaint no. on 21.07.2009 was 1404 and on PG cell no. from 24.07.2009 they always give me one complaint no.7030. Kindly reach this information to them and repair our phone and Internet as soon as possible.
