Complain not attend on time

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using telephone connection with broadband service of MTNL, New Delhi. My Telephone No.is as 25372853. Last six months, this telephone is going to fault many times. When, I go to make complain to customer care . they are giving complain number but taking more and more days for taking complain. For example, my telephone has been out of order from 30th May'2009 and I have made complain and my complain number is 222 and another number is 46900147 . But, till time my complain has not attend. Therefore, I am facing many problems to comunication by mail or telephone and I am in big loss due to lack of communication. Therefore, you are requested to please take this matter on your level and resolve me problems and also give a instructions for settlement of my losses of Rs. 1, 00, 000
