Phone calls not picking - how to book gas

Sir,

I am trying to book my gas cylinder for the last 5 days but could not for want of non attendence of phone calls. The phone bell is either engaged or ringing with no reply. If there is disturbance in line, it must have been repaired till now. I am surprised why there is no one to pick up and book as before.

It is very difficult to go to the site and book personally. Kindly see and solve the problem facing every consumber.
