Not Paying Providend fund and given of PF acount no. since 19 months

I was working in Maharaha Agrasen college, Jagadhri- Haryana as a Technical Assistant in Computer Deptt. since 4 Jan to 17 April with salary of Rs. 3000. and college deduct rs. 360 from my salary as Provident Fund. I filled the from for applying of PF no. which was provided by the college. After leaving the Job i told about the Provident A/C no and Provident Fund. But college replied me Court case is going on regarding Provident Fund. and all of the Provident Fund is depositing in College Account. And Refuse to pay Provident Fund upto the Court case will not finish. 19 Months has been completed to leave the college job and i do not get the Provident Fund.

Please provide me guidance and solution to get the Provident Fund from the college.
